These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and Canyon44 (hereinafter "Canyon44", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the Canyon44 online sports betting and live casino platform, accessible at canyon44.cam (the "Site").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Canyon44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplemental rules, bonus terms, game-specific conditions, and privacy policies referenced herein or published on the Site from time to time.

Canyon44 operates as an online gaming platform. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an active Canyon44 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Canyon44 strictly prohibits access by or on behalf of minors. Players who are found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a citizen, resident, or employee of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by Canyon44.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme applicable to the Platform, including but not limited to any voluntary self-exclusion you have submitted to Canyon44.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Canyon44 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Canyon44 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts — whether using the same personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false names, fictitious details, or another person's identity. Canyon44 may require you to verify your identity, address, age, or payment methods at any time as part of its KYC obligations.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying Canyon44 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Keeping your registered email address, contact number, and payment details current and accurate.

Canyon44 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from Canyon44 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Canyon44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified within a promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account tier.

• All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Canyon44 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits made in error may be refunded at Canyon44's discretion, subject to verification and deduction of any applicable transaction costs.
• Canyon44 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment source without providing a reason.
• Players bear sole responsibility for any fees levied by their bank or payment provider in connection with deposits.
• Canyon44 does not accept deposits intended to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring.

Canyon44 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times by payment method are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes apply to KYC-verified accounts during standard operating periods and are targets, not guarantees.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50 applies unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Canyon44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Canyon44 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Where a deposit was made by a specific payment method, Canyon44 may require the first withdrawal to be returned to the same method up to the value of the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if Canyon44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Canyon44 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions, however your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Canyon44 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all Canyon44 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account upon the deadline.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Canyon44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — may have their bonus cancelled, winnings voided, and account suspended.
• Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Canyon44 sportsbook. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at Canyon44's sole discretion. Canyon44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason.
• Bets are void if placed after an event has commenced, except where Canyon44 explicitly offers in-play / live betting markets on that event.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, Canyon44 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at the erroneous price.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by event, Player account tier, and promotional context.
• For Mix Parlay bets, each leg must settle as a win for the parlay to pay out. In the event one leg is void, the parlay continues with recalculated odds excluding the void leg.
• Canyon44 uses industry-standard data providers for sports results settlement. In cases of data dispute, Canyon44's decision following investigation shall be final.
• Bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other major markets are subject to the specific market rules published within the relevant sports section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Canyon44 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the acts listed below may have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or accessing more than one registered Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or financial credentials for any purpose on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other form of financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or with Canyon44 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing customer support, harassing Canyon44 staff, or engaging in threatening or abusive behaviour.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

Canyon44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. In such cases:

• Canyon44 will notify the Player of the suspension or closure via their registered email address where legally permissible and operationally practicable.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation and resolution of any outstanding matters.
• Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse, Canyon44 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held within the Account.
• Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory withdrawal from a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Canyon44's customer support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or bonus terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Canyon44 and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system failure, third-party outages, or events beyond Canyon44's reasonable control.
• Any errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by data feed failures, provided that Canyon44 takes reasonable steps to correct identified errors promptly.
• Any financial loss arising from your own decisions to place wagers on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Canyon44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only and should not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Canyon44 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21 years.

Canyon44 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Players, accessible through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications when a defined session duration has been reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account deactivation of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period as specified within the tool.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying session duration and activity during active play.

By registering an Account, you consent to Canyon44's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Canyon44 does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared only where necessary for the provision of services (e.g., with licensed payment processors), for legal compliance, or where you have provided explicit consent.

Canyon44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Canyon44 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered email address or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Canyon44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
